Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a garment(s), the item must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery, with any returns received after this time to be accepted at the discretion of BOWIE.
All items should be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags still intact. We will only accept items that meet these standards unless an accompanying detailed explanation is given, at which time the decision to accept items returned as such, will remain at the discretion of BOWIE.
Please note: if an item has been worn or washed and is returned to us without due notification, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Please note, that Returns and Exchanges may take up to three (3) weeks to process.
If it is your first time exchanging items on an order, there will be no extra charges for postage when we send your replacement item(s) back to you. The only cost you will need to cover is that of returning the original item(s) to us. However, if you request a further exchange on the same order, BOWIE withholds the right to charge the cost of additional shipping to you.
If you are returning an item(s) for exchange from outside of Australia, some countries may apply additional taxes and duties to the postage of goods. Unfortunately, BOWIE has no control over this and any surplus costs will remain your responsibility. For further information on such fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority.
Exchanges
Please understand that we can only allow exchanges for an alternative size in the style that you have ordered. If you have received the item as a gift, or wish to exchange for another style, we can offer you the option of exchanging the item for BOWIE online store credit, whereby you will be able to purchase the new style separately.
Returns
All BOWIE Cashmere garments are submitted to high levels of quality control from the beginning concept stage through to manufacture. However, in the unlikely occurrence that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of this item. Failure to do so within this time will mean that items of such a nature can only be accepted at the discretion of BOWIE and shall remain open to review.
Any item(s) returned under defective circumstances shall be sent a replacement garment of same style, size and colour (subject to stock availability), or can be exchanged for BOWIE online store credit.
Please note: garments are determined as defective if they are received damaged upon delivery. Items that are damaged due to wash or wear, are not considered to be defective and BOWIE does not accept responsibility.
Store Credit
Where an item(s) has been exchanged for BOWIE online store credit, the credited amount (excluding cost of shipping) will be added to your online account. This store credit is then valid for 12 months from date of issue and will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. If you have received the item(s) as a gift and are exchanging for store credit, you will need to set up an online account for the amount to be credited to you.
Please note: you will still need to pay any additional taxes, duties and/or shipping costs on ordered item(s), or where the total of your next order exceeds the amount of credit given, you will be required to pay any difference in cost.
