The cost of standard shipping only, to all destinations worldwide will be covered by BOWIE.
Express post services to any destination will incur relevant costs. Any additional costs for postage will be paid for by you and will be added on to your final order at checkout. We ship locally and internationally via Australia Post for all orders.

Delivery time
For standard service of delivery within Australia, please expect your order to take 5-7 business days to arrive.
For international orders on standard services, we expect delivery time to take between 7-14 business days.

Insurance
BOWIE will insure each order during the time it takes to be delivered to you. Your signature upon delivery is recognition that responsibility for goods has been transferred to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient either for delivery purposes, or as a gift recipient, you then accept that signature by them upon delivery is confirmation of transfer of responsibility for goods to them. If an alternative person/address is to take receipt of an order, please ensure correct information for delivery is stated on the order form.
Tracking
All Australian and International Express Post parcels can be tracked. Simply visit the Australia Post website or call 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that when initially selecting an item, all prices throughout the BOWIE website are quoted in Australian dollars and do NOT include Australian GST. If your order is being sent to a destination within Australia, GST will be added on to the total order price at the point of checkout.
For overseas orders, amount payable will exclude GST and be converted into your country’s local currency in accordance to the current exchange rate, which will be determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
For some countries, local customs agencies may require payment of additional taxes and/or duties. Whilst this cost will be based upon the value of goods ordered and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the country, it remains under the discretion of local authorities and payment of these additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
